Who we are

Using the board
Inclusie Club Jobs is for Inclusie Club members. You must be aged 16 or over to use the board. Joining is free and means subscribing to our weekly newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your access to the board ends. By signing in or joining from the welcome message, or by selecting "Continue" on it, you agree to these terms. The board is for your own personal use. Please don't copy, scrape or republish listings for commercial use.
About the listings
Listings are researched by the Inclusie Club team from employers' websites and public sources. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee they're complete or up to date. Always confirm details, deadlines and eligibility on the employer's website before applying. We may edit or remove any listing, for example if it has closed, looks inaccurate or doesn't meet our standards.
We don't vet the employers or roles we list. Including an opportunity doesn't mean we've checked the employer, the role, its pay or its working conditions. Inclusie Club does not recommend or endorse any specific employer. Please do your own research before applying.
The labels on each listing, such as the opportunity type, career stage, experience needed and "Alternative to legal careers", are a guide only, to help you find opportunities. They don't confirm that an opportunity counts as qualifying work experience (QWE) for the SQE, or meets any other requirement. Check with the employer before applying, and with the Solicitors Regulation Authority if you're relying on it for QWE.
Inclusie Club isn't the employer or a recruitment agency, and isn't involved in any recruitment decision. When you press "Apply", you leave our site for the employer's own website, which has its own terms and privacy policy. We don't control, monitor or endorse employers' websites, and you visit them at your own risk.
Sponsored listings
Some listings may be sponsored or featured by companies. We'll always label these clearly. The content of a sponsored or featured listing is supplied by the company, which is responsible for it. Sponsorship never affects whether we describe a listing accurately. Sponsored or featured listings may appear higher up the board.
Spotted a problem?
Genuine employers will never ask you to pay a fee to apply for a role or to secure an interview. If anyone asks you for money, don't pay, and let us know.
If a listing is wrong, has closed, or looks suspicious, use "Report a problem with this listing" on the listing, or email [email protected], and we'll check it.
Our responsibility to you
Inclusie Club is a small, volunteer-led team and the board is free to use. We provide the board with reasonable care and skill. We can't guarantee that the board, or any website we link to, will always be available, secure or free from viruses or other harmful code. Please use up-to-date security software on your devices. We're not responsible for employers' websites, their recruitment decisions, or losses caused by inaccurate details on opportunity listings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We're not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable.
Changes and access
We may change, pause or close the board at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll show you the welcome message again before you continue. We may suspend access if the board is being misused, for example by automated copying.
Your information
How we use your information, including your answers to the jobs questions, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
